Medical Facility

Barnali Textile & Printing Industries Pvt. Ltd. has its own medical centre staffed with an MBBS doctor, a medical assistant and a health and safety-trained nurse. The facility is equipped with essential medicines and surgical tools to provide urgent medical treatment when necessary.

Central Fire Detection & Protection System

All buildings are equipped with a centrally addressable fire and smoke detection system interconnected with 246 smoke detector addresses, 4 photoelectric heat detector addresses, audio-visual fire alarms and manual call points. The Fire Safety Officer's desk includes the fire detection panel, PA system and security camera monitor (all connected to a dedicated backup power source) for efficient safety system supervision.

Fire & Safety Training

All employees trained in firefighting participate in a bi-monthly internal extensive training program. All other employees receive monthly basic training. A fire drill takes place once a month. All employees have recently been trained by Bureau Veritas, the Firefighting Department, FSCD and Unilever BKMEA.

Child Care

We provide a dedicated child care facility for the children of our workers. Our specialized team looks after the children while their parents are at work, ensuring their safety and well-being. This facility allows workers to focus on their jobs with peace of mind and has been met with great satisfaction.

No Child Labor

We strictly prohibit child labor in accordance with the agreement between our parent organization, BGMEA and the ILO. During recruitment, workers must declare their age in writing, which can be verified by the government civil surgeon's office if necessary.

Bathroom Facility

A sufficient number of clean and hygienic bathrooms (toilets) are available on each floor. They are cleaned regularly twice a day and maintained according to strict hygiene standards.
